Effective from 1 August, 2022 | 1 ઓગસ્ટ, 2022 થી લાગુ
Entry to the Campsite is available only till 6 pm in the evening. If you have a booking for night stay you need to enter the sanctuary and campsite before 6 pm. Entry after 6 pm wont be allowed and your booking shall be cancelled with no refund to be given. We expect visitors to follow this rule strictly for your own safety in the sanctuary.
કેમ્પ સાઈટમાં પ્રવેશ માત્ર સાંજે 6 વાગ્યા સુધી જ ઉપલબ્ધ છે. જો તમારી પાસે રાત્રિ રોકાણ માટે બુકિંગ હોય તો તમારે સાંજે 6 વાગ્યા પહેલા અભયારણ્ય અને કેમ્પસાઇટમાં પ્રવેશવાની જરૂર છે. સાંજે 6 વાગ્યા પછી પ્રવેશ આપવામાં આવશે નહીં અને તમારું બુકિંગ રદ કરવામાં આવશે અને કોઈ રિફંડ આપવામાં આવશે નહીં. અમે અપેક્ષા રાખીએ છીએ કે મુલાકાતીઓ અભયારણ્યમાં પોતાની સલામતી માટે આ નિયમનું ચુસ્તપણે પાલન કરે.
A. Check-in/out Policy | ચેક-ઇન/આઉટ નીતિ
Check-in time: 12:00 PM– Check in for the booked accommodation shall be allowed after 12 PM only.
Check-out time: 9:00 AM – One needs to handover the room key back to the person in charge by 9 AM in the morning.
ચેક -ઇન સમય: 12:00 PM– બુક કરેલા રૂમ/ટેન્ટ માટે ચેક ઇન કરવાની મંજૂરી ફક્ત બપોરે 12 વાગ્યા પછી જ આપવામાં આવશે.
ચેક-આઉટ સમય: 9:00 AM – ખાતરી કરો કે તમે સવારે 9 વાગ્યા પહેલા રૂમની ચાવી જવાબદાર વ્યક્તિને પરત કરવી.
After Check out the Campsite staff shall check for any damage caused to the rooms/tents. In case any damage is found the visitor shall be liable to pay the expenses for the damage.
ચેક આઉટ કર્યા પછી કેમ્પસાઇટ સ્ટાફ રૂમ/ટેન્ટને થયેલા નુકસાનની તપાસ કરશે. જો કોઈ નુકસાન જોવા મળે તો મુલાકાતી નુકસાન માટે ખર્ચ ચૂકવવા માટે જવાબદાર રહેશે.
B. Check-in Documentation | ચેક-ઇન ડોક્યુમેન્ટેશન
- INDIAN Nationals – As per Govt. regulations, Indian nationals are required to provide a proof of identity in original for the Primary Guest in each room such as PAN card, Driving License, Voter’s ID, Aadhar Card or Passport, at the time of check–in.
- NON-INDIAN NATIONALS – All foreign nationals are required to produce their original Passports, and those working in India, their Residential Permits as well, at the time of check-in.
- ભારતીય નાગરિકો – સરકાર મુજબ નિયમો અનુસાર, ભારતીય નાગરિકોએ ચેક -ઇન સમયે પાન કાર્ડ, ડ્રાઈવિંગ લાયસન્સ, મતદાર ઓળખપત્ર, આધાર કાર્ડ અથવા પાસપોર્ટ જેવા દરેક રૂમમાં પ્રાથમિક મહેમાન માટે મૂળ ઓળખનો પુરાવો આપવો જરૂરી છે.
- બિન-ભારતીય નાગરિકો – તમામ વિદેશી નાગરિકોએ તેમના મૂળ પાસપોર્ટ, અને ભારતમાં કામ કરનારાઓ, તેમની રહેણાંક પરમિટ તેમજ ચેક-ઇન સમયે જરૂરી છે.
C. Payment Terms
- The Visitor agrees to pay the Campsite 100% in advance, the room/tent rate as determined by the Campsite for the period of residence, at the time of booking. બુકિંગ સમયે મુલાકાતી કેમ્પસાઇટ દ્વારા નિર્ધારિત નિવાસ સમયગાળા માટે રૂમ/ટેન્ટ રેટના 100% એડવાન્સ નાણાં ચૂકવવા માટે સહમત છે.
- The Visitor acknowledges that the room/tent rate may be subject to change without prior notice. | મુલાકાતી સ્વીકારે છે કે રૂમ/ટેન્ટનો દર પૂર્વ સૂચના વિના બદલાઇ શકે છે.
D. Cancellation Policy | રદીકરણ નીતિ
In the unfortunate event that you will not be able to join us, please review the cancellation policy below:
- Full payment by the clients is necessary for confirmation of booking. After successful submission of details, the user will be taken to a page where a QR code is mentioned along with our UPI ID. Please pay the given amount on this channel. | બુકિંગની પુષ્ટિ માટે ગ્રાહકો દ્વારા સંપૂર્ણ ચુકવણી જરૂરી છે. વિગતો સફળતાપૂર્વક સબમિટ કર્યા પછી, વપરાશકર્તાને એક પૃષ્ઠ પર લઈ જવામાં આવશે જ્યાં અમારા UPI ID સાથે QR કોડનો ઉલ્લેખ કરવામાં આવશે. કૃપા કરીને આ ચેનલ પર આપેલ રકમ ચૂકવો.
- Refund: NO REFUND POLICY. No refund against cancellation. | રિફંડ: કોઈ રિફંડ નીતિ નહીં. રદ કરવા સામે કોઈ રિફંડ નહીં.
E. General Terms | સામાન્ય નીતિ
- The Jessore Campsite management reserves rights of admission. | કેમ્પસાઇટ મેનેજમેન્ટ પ્રવેશના અધિકારો અનામત રાખે છે.
- The Jessore Campsite is a no-plastic zone. The Campsite does not encourage one to bring along plastic and litter them in and around the campus as well as in the Sanctuary. Visitors making plastic waste shall be penalised and strict action shall be taken against them. | જેસોર કેમ્પસાઇટ એક નો-પ્લાસ્ટિક ઝોન છે. કેમ્પસાઈટ કોઈ પણ રીતે પ્લાસ્ટિક સાથે લાવવા અને કેમ્પસ તેમજ અભયારણ્યમાં અને તેની આસપાસ કચરો નાખવા માટે પ્રોત્સાહિત કરતું નથી. પ્લાસ્ટિક કચરો કરનાર મુલાકાતીઓને દંડ કરવામાં આવશે અને તેમની સામે કડક કાર્યવાહી કરવામાં આવશે.
- Inside the premises, under any circumstances one is discouraged to play loud music or make noise. Radios, Speakers (Bluetooth or Mobile Phones) are discouraged to use in the forest areas. | પરિસરની અંદર, કોઈ પણ સંજોગોમાં મોટેથી સંગીત વગાડવા કે અવાજ કરવા માટે કેમ્પસાઇટ પ્રોત્સાહિત નથી કરતું. રેડિયો, સ્પીકર્સ (બ્લૂટૂથ અથવા મોબાઇલ ફોન) જંગલ વિસ્તારોમાં ઉપયોગ કરવા માટે નિરુત્સાહિત છે.
- During the visit to the Campsite, visitors are requested not to tease the animals, birds or make unnecessary noises to harass them. | કેમ્પસાઇટની મુલાકાત દરમિયાન, મુલાકાતીઓને વિનંતી કરવામાં આવે છે કે તેઓ પશુ, પક્ષીઓને હેરાન ન કરે અથવા તેમને હેરાન કરવા માટે બિનજરૂરી અવાજ ન કરે.
- One is not encouraged to pluck flowers or break the leaves of any plants of trees in an around the campsite or in the sanctuary. | કેમ્પસાઇટની આસપાસ અથવા અભયારણ્યમાં કોઈને ફૂલો તોડવા અથવા ઝાડના કોઈપણ છોડના પાંદડા તોડવા માટે પ્રોત્સાહિત કરવામાં આવતું નથી.
- Any person found doing such activity shall be eligible for strict action against them by the Forest Department. The Campsite also reserves the right to cancel the booking in such situations. | કોઈપણ વ્યક્તિ આવી પ્રવૃત્તિ કરતા જોવા મળે તો તેની સામે વન વિભાગ દ્વારા કડક કાર્યવાહી કરવા પાત્ર રહેશે. કેમ્પસાઇટ આવી પરિસ્થિતિઓમાં તેમનું બુકિંગ રદ કરવાનો અધિકાર પણ અનામત રાખે છે.
